Distribution and Product Availability
afrique Pharma’s core service is the distribution of pharmaceutical and cosmetics products from dozens of manufacturers and suppliers to pharmacies and hospitals nationwide. We deftly manage logistics, inventory and delivery operations to ensure customers’ satisfaction and peace of mind. Through research-based forecasting and careful assessment of future needs, afrique Pharma guarantees availability of all products not facing a market shortage. When we can’t resolve customers’ concerns about product shortages, we bear the costs of stocking and storage.
Our fast and efficient delivery fleet serves our customers through an average of 1200 delivery rounds each day. All vehicles are GPS-equipped to ensure the security of our products and allow for careful tracking of all shipments. We also have a fleet of alternative distribution vehicles such as motorcycles and bicycles on hand to facilitate speedy delivery of smaller orders.

Product Return & Expiry Collection
Our expiry and normal product returns list is competitive with respect to types and quantities of products. We develop this list based on an analysis of customers’ orders; we also use this information to offer special discounts.
afrique Pharma has developed an efficient and effective returns process that ensures preservation of products and prevents the development of counterfeit products in the market. Our customers need not worry about over-ordering products. Our team is happy to collect product returns and subtract them from future invoices with full respect to our agreements with manufacturers and suppliers.
